THE HEARING CARE PARTNERSHIP

Keith Holland Opticians are working with The Hearing Care Partnership to offer high quality hearing care services to the Cheltenham area.

Our experts, Austin and Marcus will be working from within our practice to offer a complete range of hearing services including complimentary hearing tests, digital hearing aids, ear wax removal, tinnitus consultations and hearing protection.

Just like with your vision, a loss of clarity in your hearing can have a significant impact on your life. With most hearing losses, instead of everything just getting “quieter”, words become less distinct as you tend to lose higher frequencies before lower ones, resulting in speech sounding mumbled and making conversations difficult to follow.

Our video helps to demonstrate what this can be like (you’ll need some headphones!):

The Hearing Care Partnership shares our values of patient-centred service and care, and are focused on helping you to make the most of your hearing so you can continue to live your life to the full.

From the moment you walk in the door, your experience is tailored perfectly to your needs, and it doesn’t stop at the end of your appointment: all hearing aids come with a warranty, batteries and a lifetime of aftercare to ensure that you are always getting the very best from your hearing.

We’re delighted to now be offering 10% off all hearing aids from The Hearing Care Partnership to members of our eye care plans.

Optical benefits include an advanced eye exam, discounts on optical products, free contact lens trials and 50% off specialist services such as our Dry Eye clinic. Just ask in practice for further information.

Your ears are amazing self-cleaning machines. Ear wax contains antibacterial agents that play a vital part in preventing infections in your ears. It also traps dust and other foreign bodies, as well as keeping the skin in your ears moisturised. However, ear wax can sometimes block your ear, bringing on symptoms including temporary hearing loss, ringing or itchiness.

We offer the latest, safest methods of wax removal. During your appointment, your wax removal clinician will choose the most suitable method for you based on your level of wax build-up, medical history as well as the condition and position of earwax within your ear.

We charge a flat fee of £70 for a consultation, regardless of whether wax is found in one ear or both. If no wax is found, you only need to pay £25 for the consultation.
